The Panhandlers" are a rockabilly / country band from Belgium formed at the end of 2003.
It all started with a small advertisement in the local Magazine "HUMO". Guy was looking for some musicians when he noticed the ad and replied, not knowing what to expect. It took only one meeting to find out that their ideas were on the same line. Danny had a little Jack in the Box, and suddenly Frank popped out. Frank was not really familiar with that style of music, but he quickly got the hang of it.
They started looking for songs, and to get an idea they immediatly recorded what they were doing, with a demo-cd as result. After 3 rehearsals and 1 demo-cd the bookings came pouring in. So they had to pick up the pace to finish a complete show.
"The Panhandlers" bring a melting pot of rockabilly, country and rock & roll, with a nice pinch of elvis.
